Hendersonville city planners will host a neighborhood compatibility at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 1, on a developer's request to rezone 34 acres on Half Moon Trail off U.S. 64 to allow 106 single-family homes.
Joseph Schlotterbeck of Half Moon Land Holdings applied for the rezoning for the property, which is owned by Triangle Ballentyne Hendersonville Inc. A neighborhood compatibility meeting is held to allow the developer to describe plans for a proposed change in land-use and permit the public to ask questions. The meeting is at the City Operations Center Assembly Room, 305 Williams St.
