56-year-old man charged with secret peeping and sexual offense against minor

 A 56-year-old Hendersonville man was charged with secret peeping and second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor on Wednesday after an investigation by detectives with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Major Crimes Unit, the sheriff's office said.

Richard Lee Johnson, 56, was jailed in the Henderson County Detention Facility. The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are possible, the sheriff's office said.
