Registered sex offender from S.C. charged with indecent liberties here

A registered sex offender from South Carolina was charged with taking indecent liberties with a child after a two-month investigation by  Henderson County sheriff's detectives. Alfred Gary Spoone of Roebuck S.C., was arrested on Wednesday and jailed on the felony charge.
