Sheriff's deputies charge man with felony child rape

Henderson County sheriff's deputies on Wednesday charged a 24-year-old man with rape of a child under 15, the sheriff's office said.

After completing an intensive investigation, officers with the Henderson County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit arrested Josue Martinez Juarez and charged him with felony statutory rape of a child under 15 years old and disseminating obscene material to a minor, also a felony. Juarez was jailed in the Henderson County Detention Facility under a $85,000 bond.
