County shifts covid test to Saturday to serve workers

The Henderson County Health Department is shifting its covid-19 testing day from Tuesday to Saturday next week in order to reach more working people. The next test open to the public is Saturday, Aug. 1 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at East Henderson High School, 150 Eagle Pride Drive, East Flat Rock. City offers payment plans for delinquent water bills

With the expiration of an executive order that barred utililty cutoffs and late payments for unpaid accounts, the Hendersonville Water & Sewer Department is reminding customers who are delinquent in their payments to contact customer service, which will work with them to set up a payment plan.  The executive order ended at 11:59 a.m. Wednesday.   Read Story »
