Drug task force seizes drugs, charges alleged dealer in Mountain Home

Henderson County Drug Task Force detectives with assistance from the Henderson County SWAT team on Wednesday executed a search warrant in the Mountain Home community that resulted in a large seizure of narcotics and multiple felony charges against the home's occupant.

The search warrant at 34 Ferenvilla Drive was the conclusion of an investigation into the alleged sale and delivery of fentanyl by Shannon Puttick, the sheriff's said. Puttick was located at the home, taken into custody and jailed on a $422,000 bond.

Upon searching the residence, detectives found and seized 13 grams of suspected fentanyl, 5 grams of methadone and multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia. Puttick was charged with felony maintaining a dwelling for purposes of selling a controlled substance, felony trafficking in opium/heroin, felony trafficking in opium/heroin, felony possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to distribute schedule II controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and simple possession of schedule II controlled substance.
