Mills River residents arrested on drug trafficking charges

Detectives with the Henderson County Drug Task Force have arrested three Mills River residents on multiple drug trafficking felonies.


On March 3 with the assistance of the Crime Suppression Unit of the Henderson County Sheriff's Office arrested Caled Allison and Patricia Lozano Alvarez. The arrest was made as a result of an investigation conducted by detectives on Allison and Alvarez. Detectives first received information regarding Allison and Alvarez being a source of supply for Heroin and Fentanyl in Henderson County in late 2019.

Based on the investigation, deputies made a vehicle stop of Allison and Alvarez and arrested both at the scene for outstanding warrants. They were transported to the Henderson County Detention Center. A subsequent search warrant was executed by Detectives on Allison's home located on Fawn Haven Drive in Mills River.

Allison has been charged with conspiracy to traffic opium/heroin, conspiracy to sell/deliver sch II controlled substance, two counts of trafficking in opium/heroin, two counts of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling for purposes of sell/deliver a controlled substance, possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Caled Allison is currently being held at the Henderson County Detention Center under a $535,500 bond.

Alvarez has been charged with two counts each of trafficking in opium/heroin, conspiracy to traffic in opium/heroin, conspiracy to sell/deliver opium/heroin and possession with intent to sell/deliver sch II drugs, possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, possession of heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Patricia Alvarez in currently being held at the Henderson County Detention Center under a $648,000.00 secured bond.

On March 4 detectives with the Henderson County Drug Task Force arrested Bridgett Walker of Banner Farm Road, Mills River, after identifying Walker as a co-conspirator of Allison and Alvarez. Walker has been charged with conspiracy to trafficking opium/heroin and conspiracy to sell/deliver sch II controlled substance. Bridgett Walker is currently being held at the Henderson County Detention Center under a $240,000 bond.
